1-Acknowledgements

        The team would like to thank Professor Wolfgang Weitsbauer from University of Vienna, Austria, who visited the research team for several days in Wadi Rum and advised the team about the biology and ecology of many groups of insects. We thank also the museum staff at the University of Jordan, Arwa Abbasi and Taleb Abu-Dannoun, for their help in sorting and pinning the collected specimens and for their help in preparing collecting tools such as light traps and killing jars.
